How do credit deductions work during inference?
Attenval computes token usage in exact integer credits. For example, on attenval-auto (10 input / 30 output credits per 1,000 tokens), a prompt of 500 tokens returning 250 tokens costs (500/1000 * 10) + (250/1000 * 30) = 5 + 7.5 = 13 integer credits.
Do purchased credits ever expire?
No. Purchased credits remain in your account until consumed by API requests. Unlike promotional earned credits (which have a rolling 30-day validity), purchased packs have zero Attenval product expiry.
How does the rolling expiry work for earned credits?
Every time you complete a qualifying verified developer spotlight in the Attenval mobile app (+5,000 credits), the expiry date for your entire promotional balance resets to exactly 30 days from the moment of completion.
Can I transfer or withdraw credits as cash?
No. Attenval credits are closed-loop utility tokens used exclusively to meter AI compute. They cannot be transferred between accounts, converted into cash, or redeemed outside Attenval.
Are taxes included in the displayed pack prices?
The listed pack prices (₹49, ₹99, ₹249) are exclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Official GST receipts with your company GSTIN (if provided) are generated automatically upon purchase.
